Pocket Bible

The Bible, being a cornerstone of faith to not only millions of our WWII veterans but also to us at Stand in the Door 1944, we wanted to offer this pocket size New Testament as a faithful representation of the Bibles being carried by servicemen in WWII.

Measuring at only 3"x4.5" this Bible fits into the shirt pocket of any WWII uniform.  Troops often carried these bibles in their left breast pocket to serve as not only a spiritual shield but a physical shield as well.  There are countless stories not only from WWII but even WWI and the Civil War talking about how a well placed bible stop bullets (probably ricochets) shrapnel, and bayonets from killing or seriously wounding servicemen around the world.

We pray that those who receive these bibles would be blessed by them and that they would be used to bless both Christians and non Christians alike in the name of Jesus.
